TASTING
Raw and fruity
Brilliant, bright colour, beautiful effervescence, with fine refreshing bubbles.
Pleasant nose, white fruits, floral note.
On the palate, aromas of pears, quince, a style that favours roundness and fullness, it is a pleasure to drink as an aperitif.

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: between 5° and 7°C

RECOMMENDED DISHES
Serve chilled as an aperitif, with appetisers. At table, it will shine with seafood, salmon and shellfish.
It will go well with most desserts and will bring a nice freshness to the end of the meal.
