To preserve nature that belongs to everyone, we are committed to working the vines with integrated management:

   Grass-covering on all the slopes:

    we avoid weed-killers and thus retain the soil that is so precious to us.

Use of 100% vegetable compost: 

   bees and ladybirds are present in all our plots.

Limited and discerning treatment:

  it is based on the health of the vine and a precise assessment of the needs, and is used only in case of favourable weather conditions.

Our harvest, exclusively manual, and our geography (on the edge of the forest and far from the sources of pollution) are part of this philosophy.
