Cultivation method: Integrated management cultivation

Vinification: Mechanical pressing, juice separation, followed by cold settling. Slow fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. Traditional method with second fermentation in the bottle and ageing for 15 months.

Alcohol: 12,5 % vol. 

Residual sugar: 5,2 g/L 

Total acidity: 6,1 g/L 

Content: 75 cL

TASTING

Raw and fruity

Brilliant, bright colour, beautiful effervescence, with fine refreshing bubbles.

Pleasant nose, white fruits, floral note.

On the palate, aromas of pears, quince, a style that favours roundness and fullness, it is a pleasure to drink as an aperitif.

SERVING

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: between 5° and 7°C
CAN BE STORED : 5 years

RECOMMENDED DISHES

Serve chilled as an aperitif, with appetisers. At table, it will shine with seafood, salmon and shellfish.

It will go well with most desserts and will bring a nice freshness to the end of the meal.
