Dry and fruity wine

Colour gold, light, yellow gold reflections.
Elegant wine with a beautiful aromatic intensity.                                                                        
Hints of peach, citronella aromas, perfect balance between acidity and sugars.                       
Smooth and frank attack, with beautiful minerality on the palate.

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: between 8° and 10°C
CAN BE STORED: 5 years

RECOMMENDED DISHES

Seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, poultry, fish terrine, bouillabaisse, scrambled eggs, saveloy salad, quiches, barbecue, baeckehoffa. A wine to be drunk at all times.
