Plum schnapps, Marc d'Alsace de Gewurztraminer, Mirabelle, Poire Williams or Kirsch... as many eaux de vie distilled by us, as in the past, at the estate. Fruits from Alsace turned into delicious nectars, whose alcoholic content delivers a maximum concentration of aromas. On the palate, an explosion of fragrances rewards our efforts.
