TASTING
Semi-dry and fruity wine
Crystal, clear yellow colour.
White fruit nose associated with a hint of almond.
Airy, fresh, full-bodied and long on the palate, it features aromas of undergrowth typical of the grape variety.
A noble and supple attack, with a nice length on the palate, revealing a wide range of aromas.
SERVING
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: between 8° and 10°C
CAN BE STORED: 10 years. It will improve over many years.

From an aperitif to cheese, it is a grape variety that will go well with almost any dish. Foie gras, game, poultry, duckling, turkey, pheasant, sweet and savoury flavours, spicy cuisine, exotic cuisine, cheeses (Comté, Beaufort, Appenzeller...).
