TASTING
Dry and fruity wine
Bright yellow gold colour.
A dry, sharp wine with notes of citrus (lemon and grapefruit) and pineapple.
The attack on the palate is frank, revealing beautiful minerality, chalky and spicy notes.
The aromatic intensity is very fine with a nice freshness.
SERVING
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: between 8° and 12°C
CAN BE STORED: Its freshness will be emphasized in its youth, but its character will continue to assert itself for many years to come. Can be kept for more than 15 years in the cellar.
RECOMMENDED DISHES
Accompanying the most sophisticated dishes, it is unrivalled with fish and seafood (crayfish, lobster, scallops...), matelote, white meat, goat's or sheep’s cheese and of course sauerkraut.
